Polban’s English Department

Hello, welcome to my first post on this blog. Today, i’m going to talk about English Department in Polban. English Department in Polban is kinda different with English Department in the university. Because the way of teaching in polban is 60% practice 40% theory and on the university is 60% theory 40% practice. Well that’s what i heard from the others.

This is my first semester, so i don’t have a lot of experience in Polban’s English Department. From my experience, studying in Polban’s English Department is enjoying and fun. The lecturer in Polban’s English Department is enjoyable and kind. We also have a community, we called it Himaris.

Himaris usually make an annual english competition. The competition is debate,speech,storytelling,writing for high school student. The newest competition will be held from 8th-10th October, Polikteknik Negeri Bandung. The total prize is IDR 10 Million ++ including trophies and certificates.The registration starts from 8th August to 1st October on bit.ly/aecpolban .
